Under the hammer properties currently require self motivated people with good communicative skills to seek and find properties for sale by auction.
You will need to be confident and tenacious and prepared to work in a way that you can commit to. You will need your own digital camera, and transport. Commissions are payable on a weekly basis, and no experience is necessary as training will be given.
This role allows you to work hours to suit yourself, although to benefit from your own exclusive area you will need to produce a minimum level of business on a weekly basis.
